Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for evaluations by taking vitals and recording data.
• Assist with wound care, injections, and minor procedures.
• Coordinate patient flow and maintain ready treatment rooms.
• Assist scheduling surgeries and obtaining authorizations for diagnostics/DMEs.
• Handle basic administrative tasks including calls, emails and follow-ups.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of clinical areas; assist with training staff.
