Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sanitize surgical instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Assist in sterilization processes and ensure equipment is functioning properly; escalate issues as needed.
• Restock and organize surgical supplies; document inventory and instrument usage.
• Prepare surgery suites and patient recovery areas; maintain clean, safe environments.
• Record patient information in charts and Salesforce; communicate post-procedure instructions clearly.
• Provide basic direct care as delegated by a Registered Nurse and support PACU staff.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and therapists to ensure efficient workflow and patient comfort.
