Indiana University Health in Indianapolis seeks a Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time General Surgery clinic role. You will room patients, take vitals, assist with wound care, and support providers during visits.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of CMA experience, strong teamwork, and a willingness to learn. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or travel.

Qualificações

• Certified Medical Assistant with at least one year of experience.
• Independent self-starter who can work effectively with minimal direction.
• Adaptable team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Prior clinical externship experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Room patients and obtain vital signs, including manual blood pressures.
• Assist with wound care and suture removal.
• Document patient health histories and support providers during patient visits.
• Escort patients and contribute to a positive patient experience.
