Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current licensure in North Carolina as an LPN or Compact state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Participates in assessment of patient.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary groups in developing the patient plan of care.
• Follows plan of care while providing direct nursing care to assigned patients.
• Administers medication as ordered by physician.
• Maintains accurate and relevant record of patient care.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities and monitors quality of care.
