Responsibilities

• Stocks and assembles case carts, ensuring instrument availability for procedures.
• Organizes and stores sterilized instruments on labeled shelves for easy access.
• Monitors and restocks supply shelves and carts daily to maintain inventory.
• Follows infection control policies and standard precautions to prevent infections.
• Dispenses supplies within requested time frames, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Performs routine inventory checks and replenishes expired items on carts.
• Communicates with nursing units to locate missing equipment and documents losses.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
