Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health invites applications for a Surgical Inpatient RN position in Texas. Join a fast-paced unit serving Urology, Colon, and Rectal patient populations, with ERAS and Ostomy care responsibilities.

Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates, and rotating weekends are part of a three 12-hour shift schedule. We welcome candidates who will contribute to high-quality care and continuous improvement within a large not-for-profit health system.

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited (Nursing) Program.
• RN license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• 1yr true, recent (hospital) Med/Surg/Tele RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Care for Surgical Inpatient unit patients, including Urology, Colon, Rectal populations.
• ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) program involvement and Ostomy care/teaching.
• Maintain patient ratios and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
