Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the Surgical Unit at Marion General Hospital. You will oversee daily clinical and operational activities, ensuring safe, high-quality care for surgical patients.

You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, manage staffing and resources, and drive quality and safety initiatives. Partner closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to enhance outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with active license.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience in surgical nursing and patient safety practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Surgical Unit nursing staff.
• Oversee daily clinical operations and staffing to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Partner with physicians and the care team to optimize outcomes and patient experience.
