Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center in the Dallas area is seeking a Staff Nurse - 0635 for rotating night shifts. You will render direct and indirect patient care, using the nursing process, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a Texas RN license; minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team to provide age/developmentally appropriate care.
• Be accountable for performance and adhere to hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment.
