Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center, part of Methodist Health System, is seeking a Staff Nurse for the 12X3 Night shift to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting in Texas.

The RN will render professional nursing care, supervise team members, and collaborate with various departments to ensure patient safety and satisfaction during every shift. A Texas RN license and at least 12 months of RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team to provide age/developmentally appropriate care.
• Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.
• Keeps patient safety and quality care as a priority in a fast-paced environment.
