Dallas Center United Methodist in Frisco, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality professional nursing care to assigned patients. You will perform direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process and support the hospital's mission and goals.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current BLS, Texas RN license (or eligibility), and at least six months RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Current license to practice nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
• Work experience: Six months RN experience.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to hospital standards to promote a cooperative environment using communication and teamwork.
• Assumes responsibility for nursing components of patient/family education.
• Communicates to the team, coworkers, patients, and families, and verifies understanding.
• Creates and maintains a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
• Ensures complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information.
• Provides safe medication and IV administration and documentation.
• Shows initiative for performance and professional growth.
• Utilizes the nursing process to ensure quality patient care throughout care episodes.
• Other duties as assigned.
