Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking a Surgical ICU Registered Nurse on a full-time basis for the First Shift at Baptist Medical Center East in Montgomery, AL. The RN will supervise nursing personnel on shift, ensure quality patient care, and collaborate with physicians to plan and implement care.

Requires a nursing degree; BSN preferred, active RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC certifications may be required depending on area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing is required.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ensure quality and continuity of patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with Physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
• May perform additional duties within scope of the role.
