Medical City McKinney, part of the Medical City network, is seeking a Surgical ICU RN to join our day shift team. This full-time role supports patient-centered care in a high-acuity unit, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based treatment and improve outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold TX RN licensure, a BSN, ACLS/BLS within 30 days, and 1+ year of acute ICU experience. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• TX RN license required
• BSN preferred
• ACLS and BLS within 30 days of start date
• 1+ year experience in acute ICU
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up
• Document care in the medical record accurately and timely
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality metrics
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to develop individualized care plans
