Medical City Dallas is seeking a Surgical ICU Registered Nurse to join our experienced team. The RN will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Surgical ICU, collaborating with physicians and the care team to implement comprehensive treatment plans.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient advocacy, education for patients and families, and adherence to evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes. A strong nursing foundation and Texas RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure to practice in Texas.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and follow-up steps.
