Job summary

The candidate must hold a BSN and have at least two years of RN experience, plus proven customer service skills.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Two years RN experience.
• Must meet customer service responsibilities and behaviors as per HFHS Customer Service Policy.
• Must practice customer service skills through ongoing training and in‑services.
• Must demonstrate self-direction, flexibility, teamwork, initiative, and willingness to learn; respect for diversity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct patient care services within the department.
• Assist in development and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing, goals and policies.
• Assist in evaluation and discipline of personnel.
