Qualifications

• ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU.
• Collaborates with medical providers and the care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Documents care interventions accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Teaches patients and families about condition, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up steps.
• Supports continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
