Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, support mobility and comfort.
• Perform nursing tasks like wound care, catheter care, specimen collection.
• Document care accurately and communicate updates to the team.
• Explain care plans to patients and families and provide guidance for recovery.
• Maintain clean and safe patient areas following infection prevention practices.
• Engage in learning opportunities and develop a personal career plan with supervisor.
