Job summary

West Tennessee Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant to provide intraoperative support in the Jackson, Tennessee operating suite. The RNFA will assist the surgeon with exposure, hemostasis, wound management, and patient positioning, under supervision, across in-OR, floor, and clinic settings.

The successful candidate will hold an active TN RN license, CNOR certification (preferred), and BLS; CRNFA is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• RN First Assistant education program meeting AORN standards.
• CNOR certification preferred but not required.
