Montage Health is seeking a qualified RNFA to assist surgeons during operative procedures and perform perioperative nursing duties. The RNFA will help ensure high-quality patient care throughout the surgical experience within a per diem, 10‑hour shift framework in California.

Requirements include a California RN license, completion of an accredited RNFA program (120 hours), BLS, ACLS, and CNOR preferred; PALS preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years perioperative nursing experience.
• Knowledge of surgical anatomy, physiology and operative technique related to RNFA duties.
• Completion of accredited RNFA program with minimum 120 hours clinical.
• California RN license required.
• ACLS certification must be obtained prior to orientation and independent assignment.
• CNOR required; PALS certification preferred.
• Must complete Medical Staff credentialing for Advanced Healthcare Providers.
