The ideal candidate must hold a current Surgical First Assistant Certification and have at least 3-5 years of related experience. This full-time position involves physical demands including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Current Certification for Surgical First Assistant (SFA) is required.
• Current CPR certification is necessary.
• 3-5 years of related experience in a surgical environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon in invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain the sterile field during surgery.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon during operations.
