Applied Medical Corporation seeks a Clinical Education Specialist to develop field strategies, educate surgeons, and improve patient outcomes in the Chicago area. You will work with field leadership to promote adoption of technologies and coordinate hands-on and didactic training.

The role requires at least three years of medical device sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, excellent communication and teamwork, and willingness to travel to clinics and hospitals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of medical device sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional team leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage large sales teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; willing to travel to customer clinics and events.
• Able to meet third-party credentialing requirements (e.g., COVID-19 vaccination).

Responsabilités

• Develop field strategies to align with Field leadership and promote adoption of Applied Medical technologies.
• Support strategic plans and disseminate clinical resources for medical education initiatives.
• Identify and recruit key decision-makers within target systems for training.
• Prioritize education-related opportunities that align with strategic goals.
• Lead meetings and deliver presentations to facility administrations.
• Coordinate hands-on and didactic courses with physician faculty and key opinion leaders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of educational programs.
• Attend educational events and regional shows.
