Location: Metrowest Oral Surgical Associates | Northborough, Framingham, and Milford, MA

Compensation: We offer a competitive package including a sign-on bonus of $3,000.00 USD.

What You'll Do:

Assist surgeons in oral surgery procedures with precision, document patient care meticulously, and maintain sterile environments. Engage in preoperative preparations, monitor patient status, handle advanced equipment, obtain radiographs, and create detailed patient narratives.

Sign-On Bonus Details:

50% paid after 3 months of employment, remaining 50% after 6 months.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month)

• Basic computer skills
• Excellent manual dexterity and listening skills, especially in emergencies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous oral surgery experience
• Dental Assistant License
• DAANCE certification
• Radiology certification
