We are offering a sign-on bonus of $3,000.00 (USD) as part of our commitment to attracting top talent.

What You'll Do:

Assist surgeons during oral surgery procedures with precision and document patient care meticulously. Handle preoperative tasks, maintain sterile environments, and ensure smooth operations. Engage in discussions with surgeons, monitor patient status, and operate advanced equipment. Obtain radiographs and craft detailed patient narratives.

Sign-On Bonus Details: 50% of the bonus is paid after 3 months of employment, with the remaining 50% paid after 6 months.

Required Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification (or ability to complete within 1 month)
• Strong teamwork and independent work skills, good judgment, and critical thinking
• Attention to safety and detail
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent manual dexterity and listening skills, especially in emergencies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in oral surgery
• Dental Assistant License
• DAANCE certification
• Radiology certification
