Bedi Dental Group is seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to support dentists, manage intake, update records, sterilize tools, and assist during procedures. Strong communication with patients and staff is essential for excellent patient care and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of clinical experience, state certification, OSHA/x-ray compliance, and proficiency with dental software. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited dental assisting program.
• A minimum of 2 years, out of school experience in a clinical setting.
• State certification to practice Dental Assistance, and meet state requirements.
• Compliance with state dental practice requirements (e.g., x-ray requirements, OSHA training).
• Strong computer skills and experience with dental software.
• Eaglesoft and/or Dentrix knowledge is a plus!
• Excellent written and verbal communication with patients and staff.
• Leading with compassion and commitment to full patient care.

Responsabilités

• Assist the dentist in the clinical treatment of patients.
• Maintain high levels of patient attentiveness and care.
• Keep treatment rooms clean and sterilized per OSHA regulations.
• Securely store and handle patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Monitor dental laboratory cases and communicate with labs.
• Track referrals to and from other doctors.
• Ensure treatment rooms are stocked at all times.
• Support other office areas as needed and assist with insurance forms.
• Perform expanded functions as assigned by the dentist.
