Paradigm Oral Health in The Villages, FL seeks a full-time Surgical Dental Assistant to support periodontal procedures, assist surgeons with precision, and document patient care throughout the clinical workflow.

Responsibilities include maintaining sterile environments, performing preoperative tasks, obtaining radiographs, monitoring patient status, and contributing to a compassionate, collaborative team focused on exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification or completion within 1 month of hire.
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities with good judgment.
• Attention to safety, detail, vigilance and meticulousness.
• Basic computer proficiency is expected.
• Excellent manual dexterity and listening skills, especially in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Aiding surgeons during procedures with precision and documenting patient care.
• Maintaining sterile environments and preoperative tasks.
• Obtaining vital radiographs and ensuring smooth operations.
• Engaging in discussions with surgeons and monitoring patient status.
