Paradigm Oral Surgery is seeking an Oral Surgeon Surgical Assistant to support surgeons, ensure sterile environments, and document patient care with precision. You will participate in preoperative tasks and help manage advanced equipment to enable smooth procedures.

In this role you will obtain radiographs, contribute to patient narratives, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification (or completed within 1 month of hire).
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities with good judgment and critical thinking.
• Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons with precision during procedures.
• Perform preoperative tasks and maintain sterile environments.
• Document patient care accurately throughout procedures.
• Monitor patient status and handle advanced dental/surgical equipment.
• Obtain radiographs and craft detailed patient narratives.
