You will assist the Oral Surgeon, take digital radiographs, CBCT and intra-oral scans, while maintaining strict infection control and preparing operatories for treatments. Qualifications

• Prior dental assistant experience with exposure to surgical procedures.
• Strong interpersonal communication and stable employment history.
• Certification or license as required by the state to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients with a smile and ensuring comfort during visits.
• Support the Oral Surgeon with procedures as needed.
• Taking digital radiographs, CBCT and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
• Maintain infection control by sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Sanitize and prep operatories for treatments.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies for a healthy environment.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies.
• Undertake diverse office tasks to support operations.
