Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in computer skills with proficiency in ORSOS and Affinity.
• Reviews surgery and anesthesia charge sheets to ensure that charge codes are correct.
• Assists in the compilation of statistical data for monthly, annual, and special reports.
• Maintains communication with Finance and Billing Departments to ensure charge numbers are assigned.
• Responsible for accuracy and timeliness in collection, charge and audit processes for surgical patients.
• Promotes positive interactions with co-workers, customers and guests.
