Job summary

The Surgical Care Tech position at Trinity Health Michigan in Chelsea, MI supports the Operating Room by cleaning and disinfecting equipment and performing routine housekeeping duties in the Surgical Department. Shifts available include 3pm-11:30pm or 5:30pm-1:30am, with part-time status and benefits; on-call one weekend every couple of months.

Qualifications

Position Purpose

The Surgical Care Tech cleans and disinfects operating room equipment as assigned. Performs housekeeping duties (Cleaning floors, stretchers, equipment, terminally cleaning of the Surgical Department, etc.)

Shift Available

3pm-11:30pm or 5:30pm-1:30am shifts available

Status Available

Part time, benefit eligible (48 hours per pay period – every two weeks)

On call required one weekend every couple months

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma
• A minimum of one-year previous related experience.
