Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan and deliver care.
• Performs patient care tasks.
• Delegates patient care tasks as appropriate.
• Supervises other patient care staff.
• Coordinates the plan of care for a group of assigned patients.
• Consults with other health care team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrates proficiency and adheres to policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.
