Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a Registered Nurse in MedSurg with 2+ years of experience, prefer surgery. Shift is DAYS: 7a-7p with on-call rotation. The role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to provide professional nursing care, conduct assessments, assist with exams, educate patients, and maintain medical records within MHHS standards.

Minimum qualifications include Texas RN license, BLS, and an accredited nursing degree. RN levels I–IV are defined by years of experience.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; Bachelors of Nursing preferred.
• RN licensure in Texas (or temporary/compact) to practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional discipline-specific certifications may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers safe, appropriate nursing care to patients based on age and needs.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care.
• Directs and may delegate tasks to healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes.
• Participates in program and process evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Adheres to regulatory standards and hospital policies to ensure safe care.
