Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience.
• PACU experience preferred.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs ongoing patient assessments across physiologic, psychological, and cognitive domains.
• Develops and implements goal-directed care plans.
• Delivers nursing care using established procedures to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritizes patient care based on needs and center resources.
• Documents care accurately in patient records and on-floor charts.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintains CPR/ACLS/PALS certification and participates in mandatory training.
• Responds to emergencies following protocols with calm, prompt action.
