Seattle Children’s is seeking a Family Service Coordinator to plan and coordinate the surgical experience for families, from scheduling new patients to post-op follow-ups. You will work closely with the OR and clinic staff to ensure efficient room use, insurance approvals, and accurate patient records.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Healthcare scheduling experience in a family service/clinical reception role preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate services for families throughout the surgical experience.
• Schedule new patient and follow-up pre-op appointments and procedures.
• Coordinate PASS, and post-op appointments, recalls, and surgical admissions.
• Collaborate with OR to maximize room utilization and coordinate insurance approvals.
• Manage patient records and ensure smooth communication with families and staff.
