Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification is preferred.
• Previous CNA or patient care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs and report abnormalities to the nursing team.
• Support safe patient movement and fall prevention during transfers and ambulation.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and use PPE as required.
• Document care in the electronic health record accurately and timely.
