• Provide bathing and hygiene, elimination and toileting, nutrition feeding and hydration
• Assist with ambulation and positioning for patient comfort and safety
• Support patient safety and comfort through regular rounds and effective team communication
• Follow directions of the Registered Nurse and document care as required
