Mebane Veterinary Hospital in Mebane, NC is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian with a passion for surgery to join our growing practice. You’ll be hands-on in the surgical suite as well as in the exam room, taking a lead role in expanding our surgical caseload.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent, licensed or eligible in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including routine soft tissue surgeries, with opportunity to expand caseload complexity based on skill and interest.
• Provide comprehensive general practice medical care, including physical exams, diagnostics, and treatment plans.
• Utilize in-house diagnostics, including digital imaging, to guide surgical and treatment decisions.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding surgical recommendations and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical and surgical records.
• Collaborate closely with support staff to ensure efficient surgical scheduling and patient flow.
