Shift: Weekday nights - Monday to Thursday, 8:00 pm - 6:30 am. No weekend or call requirements.
Sign-on Bonus: Full-time candidates may be eligible for a $5,000 bonus for new graduates and $7,500 for those with at least one year of experience. Rules & restrictions apply; ask your recruiter for details. Internal BSMH associates are not eligible.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the provision of care during surgical procedures. The team member functions in an assistant role under the supervision of the MD, performing duties such as providing exposure, assisting with hemostasis, skin closure, robotic surgery, and other technical tasks. Additionally, the role supports the mission and goals of the department and hospital through various duties.
