Beacon Oral Specialists is seeking a Surgical Assistant I to join our San Jose practice. The successful candidate will support surgeons during consultations and procedures, perform basic lab tasks, maintain instrument sterilization, and help ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires strong organization, patient-focused communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. On-site work, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Dental X-ray license (Pano, PA, CBCT) required.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to provide excellent patient care under stress.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Surgeon during consultations and treatment.
• Basic lab duties (impressions, pouring up/trimming models).
• Autoclave operation and infection control compliance.
• Surgical tray setup and instrument identification.
• Room setup/breakdown for IV anesthesia and surgery.
• Greet patients and make them feel comfortable.
• Take vitals and perform non-surgical tasks as needed.
