Paradigm Oral Health seeks an Oral Surgeon Surgical Assistant to support procedures, maintain sterile conditions, and document patient care with precision. You will work closely with the surgical team from pre-op to post-op, ensuring optimal patient safety and care.

The role emphasizes radiographs, patient narratives, and active participation in strategy discussions with surgeons to optimize outcomes in a busy in-office setting.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire).
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking.
• Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Assist oral surgeons during procedures with precision and maintain sterile environments.
• Handle preoperative tasks and postoperative documentation, including patient narratives.
• Participate in discussions with surgeons, monitor patient status, and operate advanced equipment.
• Obtain vital radiographs and contribute to comprehensive patient care documentation.
