This full-time, on-site Surgical Assistant role is based in the Greater Houston area. The Surgical Assistant will support surgeons and operating room teams during procedures by providing hands‑on assistance with pre‑operative preparation, intraoperative tasks, and post‑operative responsibilities. Day‑to‑day duties include preparing the operating room, ensuring instruments and equipment are sterilized and organized, positioning patients, and assisting with retraction, hemostasis, suturing, and wound closure as directed by the surgeon.
