Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Nursing, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the appropriateness of the level of care, diagnostic and clinical procedures.
• Ensures accurate and complete medical record documentation in the EMR.
• Coordinates care and access to hospital services for surgical and diagnostic patients.
• Identifies quality and clinical risk issues.
• Establishes positive relationships with physicians and staff to ease access to hospital services.
• Collects clinical history and initiates protocols for additional testing.
