Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT).
• Must have experience in surgery.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Determine animal requirements by conducting examinations and reviewing care plans, and by performing diagnostic tests and imaging.
• Care for patients by taking vital signs, administering medications, vaccines, and wound care.
• Assist during surgery and handling of patients, ensuring proper restraint and instrumentation.
• Maintain medical records and communicate with pet owners under the veterinarian's direction.
• Maintain sterile environment and inventory, assist with dispensing and documentation of medications.
