Qualifications

• Prior veterinary experience required, surgery experience desired.
• Proficient in calculations (drugs, CRIs, unit conversions).
• Able to work flexible hours in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointments, obtain patient histories, medical records, invoicing, discharges.
• Fill medications, enter charges, maintain medical records, schedule appointments.
• Create patient releases, discuss treatment plans and financial obligations with clients.
• Prepare patients for surgery, assist with intubation and radiographs.
• Perform blood draws and submit samples for lab work.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Open, clean, and prep operating rooms and instrument packs.
