Job description

MUSC Health, in collaboration with Tidelands Health, is recruiting a skilled, BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to meet community needs. This is an employed position within MUSC Health, practicing within the Tidelands Health system, serving Georgetown and Horry Counties—the second fastest-growing region in the country, with a growing population of retirees and seniors.

1. 100% vascular surgery position
2. In-office Vascular Lab with Vascular Tech support
3. No trauma responsibilities
4. Maximum of 10 days of call per month
5. Ambulatory vein center with block time availability
6. Collegial group of providers promoting teamwork, efficiency, and excellent patient care
7. Well-respected Heart & Vascular practice with a 40-year history in the community
8. Strong clinical and interdisciplinary specialty support
9. Opportunity to participate in MUSC's Vascular clinical trials and research programs, with mentorship from senior investigators and PIs, if desired
10. Potential to publish research
11. Involvement in MUSC's Heart & Vascular refractory conference and other specialty conferences
