Details and Requirements:

1. Board Certification or Eligibility
2. Support Staff: 3 Nurses, 2 Techs in GI Unit, and 1 GI Nurse Practitioner for hospital inpatient support
3. Shift Requirements: 24/7 call coverage for the program
4. Practice EMR: Meditech
5. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required
6. ECMO experience required
7. Supportive Facilities: Dedicated CICU (separate PICU, covering only the cardiac program), Level IV NICU
8. Typical CICU ADC: 8-14
