Responsibilities

• Contact billing to obtain pricing for out-of-network and self-pay patients.
• Support providers and staff with scheduling challenges and documentation.
• Complete pre-certification/authorization with insurance and coordinate with providers as needed.
• Notify patients of schedules and pre-op instructions.
