• Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Nursing or related field.
• Five (5) years’ experience in a clerical healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology via healthcare experience or coursework.

Responsibilities

• Performs the scheduling function for Physician Practices.
• Acts as a professional liaison for staff, other hospital personnel, medical staff, and physicians’ offices.
• Requires knowledge of all clinical service lines for operating rooms across Northside surgical locations or affiliated Outpatient Surgery Centers.
• Utilizes typing, computerized documentation systems, and strong customer service and problem solving skills.
