Job description

Award-winning group in Brevard County, FL is seeking to add an additional Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to provide and practice their skills in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. The surgeon will also have the opportunity to develop trained specialists who will contribute to the ongoing development of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Practice Overview:

1. Successful plastic surgery and medspa practice with three physicians and 30 employees.
2. Facility is a 16,000 sq ft landmark building and state-of-the-art.
3. Current physicians are Ivy League trained.
4. Group is ranked among the Top 5 percent of practices in the country based on surgeon productivity.
5. Sufficient time is available for cosmetic breast and body plastic surgery, depending on the candidate's interest. Procedures are performed in fully accredited ambulatory surgery centers (ASC). The salary is highly competitive, with top-tier benefits.
6. The practice focuses on all aspects of facial plastic surgery, emphasizing rhinoplasty, cosmetic surgery of the aging face, laser surgery, MOHS surgery, and MOHS reconstruction.

Qualifications:

1. Board Certified by the ABPS in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
2. High patient ratings and excellent reviews, with a strong portfolio of before-and-after photos demonstrating actual patient outcomes.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills with team members and patients.
4. Confidence in all aspects of cosmetic surgery of the breast and body, transgender top surgery, and an interest in vaginal rejuvenation.
5. Caseload should include breast implant exchange, mastopexy, abdominoplasty, liposuction, brachioplasty, mommy makeover, and body skin cancer reconstruction.
6. Enthusiasm for participating in seminars, webinars, and social media.
7. Interest in adopting the latest cutting-edge technologies.
