Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Opening in Mason City, Iowa

Located in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa - 80 miles from Waterloo, IA

Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Join 2 physicians and 2 APPs - 1 physician retiring but willing to mentor for 6 months
• Mix of inpatient/outpatient care
• Call 1:2, APPs take call with physicians
• Hospital incentive pay
• Service area includes a 14-county referral base with a population draw of 250,000
• Local hospital has physician-staffed ED & hospitalist services

The physicians and staff are dedicated to providing compassionate, appropriate, and effective patient care for cardiovascular disease and overall health promotion.

The regional referral area offers full medical specialty services, with educational opportunities through multiple programs, including a cardiology fellowship. The hospital is a level II regional trauma center with fully staffed ED and hospitalist programs.
