Qualifications

• Current Alabama State Board of Nursing license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification, as applicable to the role.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience demonstrating management and leadership skills.
• 2-3 years of surgery experience required.
• Relocation to Muscle Shoals, AL within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily surgical department operations, schedules, staffing, and resources.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff and surgical team members.
• Ensure patient safety, quality care, and compliance with surgical protocols and infection control standards.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
