5. Multidisciplinary team includes Head and Neck Surgeons, APPs, medical/radiation oncologists, speech pathology, nutrition, rehabilitation, and care coordinators
6. Shared call coverage among group providers
7. Qualified candidates:

• Board certified or eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery / American Board of Surgery
• Completion of an ACGME Otolaryngology Residency/Surgery Residency
